As we sit here with a mug of something warm and festive tunes in the air, we can’t help but look back on the year with a huge grin.
2025 wasn’t just another trip around the sun for Agile Group — it was a rocket-fuelled adventure. We launched, we won, we learned, and we even got a new knee (more on that later!).

A huge congratulations to our CEO, Jordana Stevens, who tied the knot on 7 June — we were overjoyed to celebrate with her.
Meanwhile, our powerhouse MD, Naomi, achieved both her Insights Discovery Practitioner accreditation and her ILM Level 7 in Coaching Supervision. We couldn’t be prouder.
Introducing the Bionic Director
Our brilliant Director, Pete Stevens, is now sporting a brand-new knee!
While we were busy building better businesses, Pete was getting a bionic upgrade. We’re delighted to say he’s recovering splendidly and is back on two fully functioning feet.
