Jo is a highly experienced Executive Business Coach/Mentor and Trainer up to level 7 (masters) programmes and delivers these with in a wide variety of business sectors and Universities on a global scale working with organisations in the UK, Slovakia, Italy, Sweden, Spain, Portugal and West Africa Jo is also an ILM internal assessor and qualified NVQ assessor.
Jo is currently training on a mentoring pathway programme from an introduction to mentoring right up to masters and mentoring supervision level.
Jo is one of the lead trainers on the UK governments Help to Grow Programme in partnership with The Association of Business Mentors UK and works with the Ghanaian Embassy and British Commission running entrepreneurship programmes for Ghanaian women.

Jo has an excellent understanding and knowledge of personal development and increased performance through strategic leadership and business organisational change, individual and team development, NLP, Emotional Intelligence and Communication skills. Jo has also spent 3 years at university studying Psychodynamic, Cognitive Behavioural, Person Centred and Behavioural Analysis therapies plus coaching theories like Gestalt, transformational, transactional, leadership coaching. Jo uses these techniques to build rapport and coach/mentor using a wider range of skills.
Jo has 25 years extensive experience in developing and delivering Coaching and Mentoring, training and performance programmes and running various apprenticeships throughout England and Wales.
Jo is also an active member of the EMCC (European Mentoring and Coaching Council) and a member of the ILM (Institute of Leadership and Management).
Jo is an inspirational speaker who has presented at many conferences and networking associations internationally.
Peter has more than 25 years experience in business, in a range of sectors including Automotive, FMCG, Food Packaging, and Leisure. Peter has lead divisions of blue chip organisations, such as Magna, Johnson Controls, Michelin and Autoliv and has worked in both France and the UK. In his last major role, as General Manager of a UK Division of a global corporation, he turned around a loss-making entity with 600 staff into a performing profitable £75M turnover division.
Peter is now an Executive Coach, working with individuals and teams in order to improve their performance in a variety of ways, including the transfer of coaching skills.
Peter founded Yeast in 2011 and specialises in developing individual, team and organisational performance. Peter also has a great deal of expertise in developing mental toughness, an area of psychology where he has conducted a great deal of research and case studies and is currently researching a PhD. Peter is also qualified in the use of a number of other psychometric tools and measures and is able to apply them to develop individuals and teams.

Naomi has more than 35 years’ commercial experience in business, working as a senior leader in the travel industry in past roles with Tui and Co-op Travelcare.
With a passion for people development Naomi moved into the apprenticeship sector in a range of Head of Training roles with working with new and existing training providers leading delivery across a suite of apprenticeship qualifications.
Naomi has worked in learning and development roles for large corporates but also has great experience and a passion for working with SME’s.
With a passion for people development Naomi enjoys helping people to be the best version of themselves. After many years working within corporate business Naomi set up Broader Horizons Coaching, Mentoring and Training in 2022 and since 2022 has worked with Agile Group training 1000’s of coaches and mentors through recognised and accredited programmes.

Peter is a professional coach, Coaching Supervisor and NLP Master Practitioner. He has developed his coaching through a consultancy route with the Industrial Society and further developed his skills and knowledge as a supervisor through academic study and practice. His pragmatic approach to supervision and wide and varied business knowledge allows him to deliver incisive and enigmatic platforms for coaches to develop.
His flexible yet systematic approach to coaching & coach development allows for growth and insight in what is very often a fluid and dynamic world. He uses the 10 components of thinking in conjunction with the 7 Eyed Model, Full spectrum Supervision, Reflective Practice and Cognitive Constructive Disruption as individual models within a blended approach.
