With a background in retail strategy and challenger brand development, Dave blends commercial expertise with emotional intelligence to deliver coaching that creates momentum and sustainable results.

Lisa Alford is a leadership trainer and hormone health educator with more than 24 years of experience designing and delivering impactful learning programmes. She has worked with global brands including TUI Travel and Sainsbury’s, helping leaders grow confidence, capability, and resilience.
Following her personal experience of breast cancer and medical menopause, Lisa became a passionate advocate for workplace hormone health. She delivers evidence-based training that equips organisations to support employees through menopause and hormonal change, fostering inclusive and informed workplace cultures.

With over 30 years’ experience, Ginny Lyndhurst is a highly respected business mentor, coach, and supervisor. She founded her consultancy more than 20 years ago, specialising in business acumen, interpersonal, and management skills, often using psychometrics to improve recruitment, self-awareness, and conflict resolution.
In 2020, Ginny’s life was reshaped by a stroke that left her visually impaired. This strengthened her commitment to equality, diversity, and inclusion (EDI), and today she leads EDI-Coaching, a collective of coaches, mentors, and consultants supporting organisations to build inclusive cultures.
Ginny is known for her practical, insightful, and values-driven approach. Outside of work, she enjoys life by the sea, the gym, quiz nights, and a lively debate.
Simon Wingfield spent 30 years in senior leadership roles with Sainsbury’s, Tesco, BP, and Shell before founding Wingfield Consultants in 2022. His award-winning B-Corp consultancy provides mentoring, coaching, and management support for SMEs, helping start-ups and scale-ups grow with purpose.
He holds ILM Level 5 and Level 7 in Coaching and Mentoring, Chartered Manager status (CMI), and is pursuing an MBA at Norwich Business School. His extensive professional memberships include the Institute of Directors, Association of Business Mentors, and EMCC UK.
Simon has received multiple awards, including the Excellence in Mentoring Award at the 2024 National Mentoring Awards, and recognition as one of the Top 100 Influential People for 2025.
In addition to consultancy, he is a Non-Executive Director for Rippleacts CIC and Associate Tutor at Norwich Business School.
