The Agile Group Pathway to Coaching & Mentoring Excellence is a thoughtfully designed journey created by our award-winning master coaches and mentors. It takes you from the essential foundations of coaching and mentoring, right through to achieving the prestigious ILM Level 7 in Executive Coaching & Mentoring qualification.

Whether you’re just starting out or looking to advance your professional practice, each stage of the pathway offers clear guidance, expert support and real-world application.

STEP ONE

This course provides an introduction to the essential tools, models and techniques for effective coaching and mentoring.

STEP TWO

This course equips you with the core skills, knowledge and confidence to coach and mentor others effectively and ethically.

STEP THREE

Ideal for mid-level managers and emerging leaders, and semi-professional coaches and mentors looking to become accredited this program focuses on practical coaching skills.

STEP FOUR

This qualification will support your knowledge, skills and behaviours to coach and mentor Executive Senior Leaders at the Senior practitioner level. Develop effective reflective practice and plan professional development activities.

STEP FIVE

This qualification will develop the knowledge, skills and behaviours to supervise coaches and mentors at a senior level. Enhance ethical practice, deepen reflective capability and plan ongoing professional development as a coaching supervisor.
