Who is the course for?
This programme is ideal for individuals who are actively operating as a coach and wish to increase their depth of knowledge, expertise and confidence in order to pursue a career in Executive Coaching and Mentoring. It is ideal for professional coaches and mentors seeking to enhance and accredit their experience with a nationally recognised qualification.
What are the Course Requirements?
- An ILM Level 5 Certificate in Coaching and Mentoring, or equivalent
- Actively practicing as a coach or mentor, either independently or internally within an organisation
- Experience at operating at, or working with, Senior levels (strategic decision making) in organisations
What Does the Course Involve?
The Course is delivered through a series of 4 group workshops and extensive 1:1 support and supervision from Course Tutors
There are 3 Assignments to complete, each with a target wordcount of 7000 words
What is covered on the course?
Alongside a refresh of the fundamental elements of Coaching and mentoring covered on a level 5 course, participants will explore the following topics in more detail:
- Coaching and mentoring and psychology theory
- Supervision
- Business strategy and leadership theory
- Developing resilience, confidence and mental toughness
- Building self-awareness
What is the Cost of the Course?
The Course costs £1650 plus VAT, including all ILM registration fees.
